Hanieh Fatouraee

Hanieh Fatouraee is a research-based artist and architect. Her work explores spatial knowledge systems and is focused on deconstructing dominant narratives. Working across disciplines, she is currently interested in inherited knowledge, infrastructures, water and salt cultures focusing on the thresholds of wetness. She was a Solitude resident fellow and a BAK fellow for Situated Practice between Istanbul and Utrecht. Hanieh Fatouraee holds an MA from the Forensic Architecture studio at the Centre for Research Architecture, Goldsmiths University, London.
